- Lesson 2: Alternate Nostril Breathing and Box Breathing
- Learn and practice alternate nostril breathing for balance and box breathing for focus and calm.
- Lesson 3: Ujjayi Breath
- Understand and experience Ujjayi breath, used in yoga to enhance energy and mindfulness.
- Activity: Practice session with all techniques, followed by group discussion on personal experiences and outcomes.
