Each and every one of us here at Blue Zone 7, have overcome a personal health crisis. With this experience of empathy, compassion and health knowledge, this allows us as your health coach to become your greatest cheerleader.
Over 30 years ago a Naturopath changed the life of a family member, my aunt was giving 30 days to live, she was diagnosed with stage 4, pancreatic cancer. With the help of Dr. Fowler in Miami, Florida, my aunt lived another 18 months. Each and every day someone is giving a diagnosis of choice, you can choose to do nothing or you can choose to make some life changing decisions. This is where we step in, we listen to you and help you make those lifestyle changes, so that you can enjoy optimal health and longevity with your love ones. This started my journey to building Blue Zone 7. These are our principles weight loss management, nutrition, breathwork and meditation, sleep, exercise, fulfilling relationships and innovative Wellness.

My name is Lorraine Campbell, and I am the Founder of Blue Zone 7. I have over 25 years in the Health and Wellness field and I would like to thank you for reaching out to us, I’m extending you a warm welcome, your our newest client.
It could be a little frightening to discuss your health concerns with someone if this is your first-time meeting with a health Coach. The “idea” of having someone evaluate and critique what and how you eat or how you approach your health is natural, and it can make you feel uneasy.
Rest assured that our practice environment is judgment-free, and we strongly encourage you to be as open and honest with your coach as you feel comfortable doing. We can better assist you if we know more about you.
